DEFINITIONS, FEES AND GUARANTEES

Page #1 Google Rankings is when a client’s website shows up organically as one of the 1st 10 companies listed in Google for a specific geo-keyword search. Paid ads, maps, and directory websites are not considered organic, thus not considered when determining a company’s Page #1 (top 10) rankings.  

Ranking pages are individual web pages optimized for a specific geo-keyword search term.

Optional Services: Some packages have optional services that are available, such as appointment schedulers, services ticket systems, Google Ads management, etc. You can use these services or not. You can add your own items to your E-Commerce site or we will do it for a small per item fee.

Clients wanting more pages than listed above or other ESS services can add to their package on an a-la-cart basis.

Annual Security and Optimization Updates: Throughout the year, websites, the computer code of websites, website features such as forms, security certificates, web hosting, email settings, etc. need technical and security updates. We just do the updates throughout the year and auto bill an annual $500 fee each January 1st to offset the costs endured. This keeps your site technically and secured  up to date without your continual attention needed.

Website hosting, basically renting you space on the internet so your site is viewable, is $95 per quarter. In addition to hosting your site, we will make up to 2 hours per quarter of small changes and updates to your website. Additional design changes will be made at our standard rates. Each quarter, we also charge $.09 per minute for call tracking (Example… 100 minutes of calls is $9). 

Development Time Line: We will utilize your requested color schemes and content and have your website developed to the state that we are comfortable making it live for the public to see within 30 days from the date we have received your content, images, ideas, etc. and your domain is in our master management account. Once we think its ready, our clients provide us with a Final Punch List of any changes that want made and we make them. 

Guaranteed Results: Getting your web presence ranked and web design are done  done simultaneously. We start the ranking process and development of hundreds of ranking pages almost immediately upon receipt of your order. We’ll have the total quantity of ranking pages ordered fully developed and submitted to Google within 60 days.

Your rankings will show improve within 90 days and we’ll send you your first “before and after” report at or before 90 days from the date your site goes live online. We will have a 80% of your plan’s quantity of geo-keyword search terms ranking within 6 months and 100% of the quantity ordered ranking within 12 months from the day your site is live online.

We will pause your Weekly Get Found service fee if have not met your 80% at 6 month or 100% at and after 12 months guaranteed results. Once you are ranking at the 80% after 6 months and at 100% after 12 months, billing will resume.

Because our processes to pull off rankings within 90 days start on Day #1, so does our billing. Please don’t delay in getting us your content, ideas, etc.
